Hotel Epinard Nasu

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful family resort on the slopes of a beautiful mountain. The Deluxe room we stayed in was incredibly spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The staff here were super friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The hotel had fantastic facilities, including both indoor and outdoor onsens, a swimming pool, a gym, tennis courts, arts and crafts workshops. We were also impressed by the variety of dining options available, from a delicious buffet breakfast to high-quality Japanese and French cuisine for breakfast and dinner. This hotel is conveniently located, making it the perfect base for exploring the nearby theme parks and museums in the area.

The American breakfast was excellent, a wide range of options. We enjoyed staff and the food here.

Enjoy spacious beds in a family-friendly place surrounded by forests and ski slopes nearby, conveniently located close to Fukushima airport.

We visited during Easter and enjoyed the beautiful scenery and fresh air. The buffet breakfast provided great variety, including fresh fruit and delicious pastries. The indoor and outdoor onsen were a relaxing way to spend the evenings, and the gym facilities were also top-notch. We were impressed with the nearby theme parks and museums, which provided plenty of entertainment for the whole family.

It was extremely crowded during the Easter holiday, making it difficult to enjoy the hotel's amenities. The lines to get food were long and there seemed to be a lack of organization in the dining area.

Comfortable room, good food, lovely onsen, helpful staff, English-speaking front staff, variety of breakfast choices.

No complaints.

This resort is situated amidst the trees in a mountainous area, offering a serene atmosphere seeking calmness. the rooms have an excellent view of the scenic landscapes. the onsen spa is fantastic for a relaxing dip in the hot pools. the outdoor pool is also pleasing.

The crowded restaurant during peak hours made it difficult to indulge in food that should be savored.

The hotel facilities were superb, especially the onsen. The staff was attentive and helpful, catering to our needs. It was good to taste breakfast entrees from a variety of cuisines. We found the air clean and fresh, and the hotel's location invigorating.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The resort is perfect for families with kids, offering lots of activities for children to enjoy. the buffet meals were excellent and offered a great variety of dishes. the resort also has a location that is great for sightseeing, with stunning views of the surrounding mountains provided from the rooms. there are many other activities nearby, making it easy to enjoy a city trip.

The personnel were not always available and it can be difficult to communicate with them. some of the amenities on the property could be improved, such as the pool which was too small for the number of guests, and the decor in the rooms which was outdated and in need of renovation.
